Change in plans

I think I've about decided not to try and see The Hobbit today. The shopping centers where the theaters are are going to be total madhouses, so I think I'll plan on Christmas Day. Christmas with the family is happening on Christmas Eve, so Christmas Day should work nicely - if not, the 26th. I'm not back to work until the 31st, and that's just a 1/2 day. So today is laundry, house cleaning and a bit of grocery shopping.

Well the movie house will probably be packed. The movie is making huge numbers. Even Christmas Day. How many films with the Hobbit be? Only thing I new about it was reading the book when I was 9. My school mates told me to try Lord of Rings afterwards.

I went shopping and the supermarket was packed and it took forever to get home. Lucky my son was with me :D

Peter Jackson included a lot of material from the Appendix of The Return Of The King, so it's going to be 3 movies again.

My local market was good - not crowded - but I went early. I suspect tomorrow is going to be packed.

The traffic alone is boggling, let alone the parking lots. Crazy.

A friend and I saw the first show last Monday and we had our choice of seats :-) But yes, going after the holiday Mad Rush is likely a better choice! :-)
