I haven't done one of these in a long time! This is Ennis, Ireland. Looks like a lovely little city to live in.

The Library Bar! Sounds perfect. Combines my two favorite relaxing activities. :)

I love the houses. I'd like to move there.

I'm not sure I'd like to live so close to my neighbors, but I like them too!

I'll take some of that cold and wet please! We were summer hot last week - a little more Spring-like today.

I'll take some of that summer, please. Foggy damp and cold here again. Still, off for lunch then out to see Lincoln today so will snuggle up in cinema.

Thank you! Some of these places have such lovely gates. The houses with the road right in front...I wouldn't want to live there. I have too many young men and boys in my life and caution doesn't always go with them. It is a lovely city.

I'm always fascinated with how the housing is laid out there - some are set right up to the road or sidewalk, and others have very large front yards with parking (or not). I think it mostly depends on when it was built - so many of the houses are centuries old and have been changed to meet modern needs. My SIL and I were talking about a lot of the bathrooms in the UK having a shower drain right in the middle of the floor of the room - the whole room is the shower, so cabinets for towels and all of that have to be outside of the room. I think she was talking about her friend who lives in a 15th century home, but apparently there are a lot like that. When the shower was added, that's how the home was changed to accommodate it.
