I just love this village. Of course there are more modern homes as well, but the central, "old" village is just spectacular. It's in Cheshire.

Aren't those cool? The chimneys in this place make me drool. Love chimneys that look like that - those and the twisted Tudor ones.

That is a lovely village. I love the garden in pic 3 and the heart designs on the house in pic 8.

I'm glad you're still doing these :-)

*hugs*

What a lovely village. Something that surprises me is how many of the obviously old houses have got modern double glazing! That sort of thing isn't usually allowed.

I look at these and think, "Could this be anywhere on the planet except England?"

Thanks for posting them.

I love these little villages. I'd love to retire there with my books, scrapbooks and just live a quiet little life.

Looks like a toy village, everything´s neat and cosy. I wonder at what time of day these pictures have been taken! Only two people outside!

I frequently think the google car drives by very early on weekend morning from the lack of activity.

All that beautiful brickwork and designwork, each one is beautiful and unique. Why can't they build houses like that anymore?

Thank you for sharing this! :-)
